I’m Erika, the Founder and Lead Accountant at Falconsight Accounting. Before starting Falconsight, I’ve spent years working my way from bookkeeper to financial controller across a variety of industries, including real estate, cannabis, manufacturing, and non-profit businesses. Through these roles, I developed a solid foundation in accounting, financial management, and strategic analysis that I now use to support hardworking Canadians like yourself. My goal is to bring clarity, insight, and guidance to clients who want to truly understand their numbers and make confident decisions for their business.

Operations/ Supply Chain Management Consultant

Kyle Tomkins is a result driven business operations and development consultant with a strong foundation in regulatory strategy, supply chain management, and early-stage growth execution. With experience scaling production and exports for large scale regulated manufacturers and processors, Kyle has managed budgets, large scope project management, vendor negotiations and compliance across global markets. He excels at developing lean systems from the ground up? Improving cashflow cycles, and driving client acquisition through relationship focused sales. His experience spans financial oversight, procurement, and contract coordination making Kyle best suited to support your startups and small businesses seeking to stabilize operations, manage risk, and accelerate revenue growth.

Compliance and Regulatory Advisor (External)

Falconsight collaborates with Karan Panesar, who supports our practice in an external capacity as a Compliance and Regulatory Advisor. Karan is an Ontario-licensed lawyer with experience in contract law, and immigration. Karan’s role with Falconsight is advisory only. He does not provide legal services through Falconsight Accounting.
