At FalconSight Accounting, we’re on a mission to fix what’s broken in the bookkeeping industry.

Too many firms hide their pricing, overcomplicate their services, and leave clients doing half the work. We’re not about that.

We are a female-owned and operated bookkeeping firm built on the values of radical transparency, accountability, and real support. You send us your receipts and we handle the rest. From income tracking and GST/HST filings to multi-entity reconciliation and performance reporting, we take care of your books from start to finish.

FalconSight was founded by Erika T. Hoang, an experienced accountant and former controller with years of hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses across a range of industries. Erika saw too many business owners being overcharged, overwhelmed, and left in the dark. So she created FalconSight to do things differently.

    Erika T. Hoang is the founder of FalconSight Accounting Inc., a woman-owned, Ontario-based firm delivering full-service bookkeeping, tax filing, and practical advisory with transparent flat fees. A CMA (IMA) candidate and Registered Professional Accountant. Erika pairs controller-level discipline with streamlined workflows. She has years of experience working with small businesses in real estate, non-profit, manufacturing, and cannabis. Erika’s goal is simple: make finance effortless so owners can focus on growth.

  • Operations/ Supply Chain Management Consultant

    Kyle Tomkins is a result driven business operations and development consultant with a strong foundation in regulatory strategy, supply chain management, and early-stage growth execution. With experience scaling production and exports for large scale regulated manufacturers and processors, Kyle has managed budgets, large scope project management, vendor negotiations and compliance across global markets. He excels at developing lean systems from the ground up? Improving cashflow cycles, and driving client acquisition through relationship focused sales. His experience spans financial oversight, procurement, and contract coordination making Kyle best suited to support your startups and small businesses seeking to stabilize operations, manage risk, and accelerate revenue growth.
