At FalconSight Accounting, we’re on a mission to fix what’s broken in the bookkeeping industry.

Too many firms hide their pricing, overcomplicate their services, and leave clients doing half the work. We’re not about that.

We are a female owned and operated bookkeeping firm built on the values of radical transparency, accountability, and real support. You send us your receipts and we handle the rest. From income tracking and GST/HST filings to multi-entity reconciliation and performance reporting, we take care of your books from start to finish.

FalconSight was founded by Erika T. Hoang, an experienced accountant and former controller with years of hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses across a range of industries. Erika saw too many business owners being overcharged, overwhelmed, and left in the dark. So she created FalconSight to do things differently.

  • We use both Hubdoc and Microsoft SharePoint OneDrive for secure, organized receipt uploads. Once you’ve signed up, a member of our team will reach out to you within 24 hours with a secure folder link and instructions tailored to your plan.

    You won’t need to worry about setup, we’ll walk you through exactly what to do.

  • Yes. Our pricing is fully transparent and listed clearly on our website. No discovery calls or bait-and-switch pricing , just honest, fixed rates so you know exactly what you're paying for.

  • Yes, absolutely. If none of the listed plans match your business needs, we’re happy to create a custom package tailored to your structure, volume, and goals. Whether you're in a niche industry, have unique reporting requirements, or just need a bit of everything, we’ve got you covered.

  • We primarily work with Xero and QuickBooks Online, depending on your business needs and preferences.

    If you’re a freelancer or a small start-up on a budget, we can also help you get started with free tools like Waveapps or other beginner-friendly platforms. We’ll guide you toward the best option based on where your business is at.

  • Nope. FalconSight Accounting is not affiliated with any accounting software. We’ll never push you to buy a subscription you don’t need.

    If you’re just starting out and your transactions are minimal, we can even use Excel to keep things simple and affordable.

    For growing businesses, we support platforms like Xero, QuickBooks Online, Wave. But only if and when they make sense for your operations.

    All recommendations are based on your needs, not on kickbacks or commissions.

  • We work with freelancers, start-ups, incorporated businesses, and multi-entity businesses across Canada. If you're running a small to mid-sized business and want clean books, you're our kind of client.

  • Absolutely. We proudly support LGBTQ2S+, BIPOC, and women-led businesses. FalconSight is woman-owned and built on inclusive values.

  • We understand that things change. If you change your mind before we’ve started working on your file, we’re happy to offer a full refund.

    Once onboarding has begun or any work has been started (such as account setup, document reviews, or reconciliations), refunds are no longer available. But we’ll always do our best to work with you if there’s an issue.
